Volvo’s Concept You is the automakers vision of their in-car entertainment and driver information systems. It consists of several touchscreens and panels that will give the interior of their future models a much simpler and cleaner look than those with lots of knobs and buttons. Basic driver information, such as speed and navigation, will be displayed on the screen that is behind the steering wheel. Additionally, the center console is nothing but an iPad-esque touchscreen that is used to control in-car entertainment and comfort levels (i.e air conditioning, seat warmers). A similar touchscreen is made available to rear seat passengers as well.
